Discover CLI FINALLY!!!!

I have been killing trees via Disco CLI button several times a month since I was approved on 3-16-16. Well today, Discover finally showed me some LUV. It's a $500 bump but I'll take it. I was suppose to hit that button 6-14-16 according to my calendar but I decided why not kill another tree today and BAM Discover delivered...HA!

Went from $6600 to $7100. And check this, I have carried a balance since my first statement because I did a $2500 BT and still is carrying a balance( roughly $2900, I use the card for just about eveything). I must say that when I do pay, I pay in the hundreds. Anyway, yay me...I am excited.

Wait I just realized it hasn't been 90 days yet, however my 3rd statement closes tomorrow. BTW, TU is 715.

Congrats on the Discover luv!!! I'm still trying. I guess I need to wait until mid June? That will mark my 3 month mark also. I normally carry a balance on mine too. It's just a great card!

I must admit, I get those letters at least once a week. I got one yesterday LOL

Did you say you were on the $500 train??? Let see how my next increase go before I put myself on that train LOL

Congrats DoroLucky!!! I got my card at the end of April Im going to try again at the end of this month.

I do the same thing.. charge it up and pay in the hundreds!!

Oh and our scores are almost the same!! My EQ is lower though... I hope it hits 700's soon!!

My EQ was just over 700 in March and I went on a spree and it hasn't recovered since LOL. Well most of my INQ's pull EQ.

Itried once for the CLI and was denied after having the card 35 days, just cut my second statement and Discover sent me an email this morning that said it raised my limit to 1700 from 1200- the same $500 without asking (technically).

Congrats on the CLI! I got my card about ten days before you and so far the couple CLI attempts have been shot down. Just tried again after seeing your post and I too got a bump of 500. My TU is was 715 at approval but is now pusing 770 so hopefully my next one might be a bit more. $500 on the first one is pretty common isn't it?

I got my card in July of 2015 and finally received some auto luv the other day. It was $1200 increase but better than nothing. I just got a $800 increase via luv button a month or so ago. Not bad $2000 increase in less than 2 months. I counted the time from opening the account to the auto increase and it was 10 months from my first statement.

Thanks and Congrats also. Hmmmm I haven't noticed $500 being common on first increases but you may be on to something there.
