Ritz Carlton Approved!!!!

Well the Ritz Carlton Chase card isn't apart of the 5/24 rule!!!! I was just approved for this card online tonight with a credit limit of $16,500 and 16.24% APR. I now have 2 Chase cards!!!! Southwest $26,000 Disney $20,000 and now the Ritz! Doing the happy dance tonight!

Congrats! Did you apply after the rule took effect rececntly and instant approval? Still trying to figure out what and what isn't included in the 24x5 rules w/regards to co-branded cards.

I applied tonight and it was an instant approval so after the 5/24 rule went into effect.

Congrats!! How many new accounts in the last 2 years? If you don't mind me asking. I really want Ritz in Oct. Wainting to see if 5/24 cobranded is really gonna stick.

I'm 23 accounts from January 2015 - June 2016, this includes the Ritz I guess I average 1 account a month lol.

My BK just fell off my equifax report and I got a 57 point bump, so I locked my experian and I prayed it would pull Equifax, so I'll know tomorrow when I get my alerts!!!! My Scores are: 752 Equifax 756 Transunion 748 Experian

Your gonna love this card. I've had mine roughly over a week now and everywhere I've presented it I get compliment. Plus I think the 5/24 doesn't apply to it cos I got mine with 20 or so new accounts in the last 2yrs.

I see in your portfolio you have a Macy's Amex with a $32k limit? Nice! I'm curious how long it took you to get it that high? Did they require any documentation from you or drill you on anything? I thought > $25k was a more stringent review. Any hard pulls for the cli's along the way, or was this done before Citi took over.
