AMEX BCE & PRG Approval

Got tired of being on the fence, and after finding out how to get the $350 offer for the BCE and 50k offer on the PRG, I couldn't be indecisive any longer.

Funny enough, even with my EX of 679, 3% util and 6 inq (2 in the last year), I only was approved for a $500 SL on the BCE. So I definitely need to work some magic with that. That PRA collection is the 2 ton anchor weighing me down all over. Or AMEX doesn't like that I'm at a gazillion new accounts since February.

Oh and I'm a prime example of somebody with 1) no prior AMEX relationship and 2) no pre-approvals from AMEX who's gotten at least in the door. So those of you who are on the fence with your high EX scores, don't be shy. Now on the flip side, I was not going to be bold enough to go for any of the Preferred cards nor the higher level airline/hotel cards. As confident as I am, no need to be too confident.

Congrats on the approvals.. Didn't know the BCE went as low as a $500 limit, just thought it was the ED card that would go there on borderlines. Congrats none-the-less on two approvals!
