Golden1 Platinum Approved!

I tried joining this CU in 2014 when I moved back to Los Angeles. They could never verify my identity. So thanks to Creditaddict's post I went back and re-applied for membership and was approved. After speaking to one of the helpful CSRs they said they will re-use the same pull for 30 days. The credit card was approved this morning after I sent my drivers license. $10,000 SL / APR 10.79%

~~I also applied for a personal loan to consolidate some bills and that went pending, they said UW will review on Monday.~~ Update, Personal Loan was approved as well.

Congrats B! Are only California residents eligible?

ETA: Now I remember this CU. Anyone can join by donating to an organization listed on their site. But, only Cali residents are eligible for credit products.

Yeah, joining is pretty easy, but they like to see the Drivers License to verify where you live.

Thanks! They ended up pulling EX contrary to what they told me, but an approval is an approval. EX is 723 per FNBO Bankcard score 8. 23 inquiries, 6 in the last 6 months so it doesn't look like they're sensitive to them. HP to join, then they reuse it for other credit products up to 30 days.

It was very easy. I just applied online and was instantly approved. I went back and applied for the credit card on the same day (yesterday) and was notified the card was approved this morning. All of the CSRs I've interacted with so far have been extremely friendly.

Yup, that's the score they said they used in the disclosure paperwork they sent.

Yup, that's the score they said they used in the disclosure paperwork they sent.

Thank you. Is the score I see now on the MyFico Bankard FICO 8 EX they will use? But it says last update 6/10/16. My EX Bankard FICO 8 is 700. My Inqs on my EX has 17.
