It's been 6 cycles so I clicked the CLI button. Soft pull cli of 1600 was granted with an option to request more but would have a HP. Naturally I accepted the soft pull small bump.

Congrats on the CLI! What is the deal with Citi with pre approvals on the Double Cash. Get a mailer showing 14.24% APR, and then go their Pre qaul site, and it says 23.24%. Huh?
