LoL Citi Double Cash

Just got approved for a card with a SCL higher than the CLI limiit of the card I origionally had on first card after CLI.

Origional card CLI to 5000.... Second card auto CL 7000.

Will eventually roll second card limit into first card.

I do not understand credit apparently.

When I app'd for origional I got 3000 CL. I CLI'd to 5000. Not a bad CLI at all, but still below my desired credit limit.

So instead of a couple thousand possibly per CLI request, I decided I'd open another card to reallocate to this card at a later date and was approved for more than what I have now.

Will probably do a CLI on both before reallocating the new card limit to the old card.

Also, I got the same exact card to avoid any difficulty in reallocating cards (points vs cash back cannot reallocate to each other I believe)
