Nordstrom Auto CLI :)

After seeing a few Nordstrom CLI posts on here, I decided to check my account to see if I was lucky too. And guess what, I was! Auto CLI to $8500. I opened this card 11/2014 with a $500 SL, never asked for an increase. Decided to call back in 5/2016 to see if I was eligbile, and they bumped me up to $6000...and then today I log in and see the new CL. I've only used this card twice so far this year totalling $170 between the two transactions, so I'm kind of surprised they gave me that much. Anyhow, it's always fun to get a surprise CLI.

That and tempting card holders to spend more during their Fall clearance sale next week....

After reading Mooshi's post and yours, I just checked my account, and I too received an auto increase. Opened this card in April, 2014 and have been carrying a CL of $6K. Since I haven't used it since May, I don't know exactly when they increased it - but it's at $8K now. I just might do some shopping this weekend. Thanks for both of your posts! Enjoy your cards even more!

Asked for an increased last week and was DENIED

This week, I checked my FICO, and saw I got a 1500 auto increase from Nordstroms.

By January 2017, I'm going to pay in full and see if I can get 2X the limit.
