Approved Barclays AAdvantage Aviator

Thanks to Saleen099 for the link....tons (20+) inquires and still instant approval CL 17,000.00 and 16.something apr...I pay in full so not an issue for me anyway. This makes my fifth Barclay card in the stable....Merry Christmas to me......LOL score on TU is 805

Congrats! 5 cards from them?!?! I thought I read 2 max or they will shut you down. You do have a kick a@@ score tho. Wtg! Nice SL too.

I got my 1st Barclays in Sept. I tried for a 2nd & denied in Nov. since the denial my last CO was removed & FICO 8 is 756. I want to try again but don't want a denial cuz of my 30+ INQ's. Mainly to get a better card & combine limits & close the first one.

Again-congrats & please post any relevant helpful info on Barclays cuz you must ge Do by something right w them!

Thanks, I have had cards with them a long time now....they just converted my iTunes card to an Apple Rewards because apparently they do not offer the iTunes anymore....I did have 6 at one time, just got rid of NFL and Hawaiian air....so technically I am downsizing with them....LOL

thanks.....nothing other than pay in full (unless I have a 0% offer) never late and only apply when they have something I want....usually the airline cards....so it is years between apps with them......but other than that nothing out of the ordinary....I also never call CSR or ask for CLI's, what they give me is what I take and use....also I will be cancelling the Sallie Mae card soon since I just got my letter on the NEW nerfed card...so they may have "known" that and grated me a new card that I will use....LOL!!!

Thx for the data points. Good to know. There is a great Discover post going around about everything and anything that @austin (something or other) made and I wish every single card had one. He is the resident expert on Disco and now you can be the expert for Barclays. Lol

LOL thanks for the confidence but I am an expert in NOTHING......I think the approval computer was "drinking" for the holidays.......

Barclays doesn't have any maximum number of cards.

**bleep**. That's a lot of cards for one issuer. I would be nervous they would shut me down. I never know what to believe when it comes to that-every day someone is posting about AA with some issuer.

I'm impressed! That many products with Barclay?!? You have a strong profile for which they have no concerns. Not many here have been so fortunate with Barclays

I know right? I never worry about that I have enough from different issuers that if one does drop me I still have others! I still am declined for cards BUT I mostly want them for the airline or hotel perks as I travel alot.......so no worries here!
