Alaska Airlines Approval $10,000

Finally took the plunge and cancelled my Delta Gold Amex card so I replaced it with the BOA Alaska Airlines card. Picked up another $10,000 limit and a cheaper annual fee. Can't complain with that. They pulled a 740 credit score on experian.

Congrats. I'm thinking about doing the same thing. IMO the Delta Gold is worthless with its limit that never grows and $95 af.

Congrats! It's always nice to trim cards that are no longer useful. When that comes with lower fees, all the better!

Canceled my Delta Skymiles today following your lead Creditfan -- not going to pay $95 af which hit this month on this worthless low limit card.
