I used the online "request increase" and only got $400, from 2000 to 2400... (balance $1700).. so I got on live chat and requested 5K, and I got it. Fico8 710-726.. overall util 10-30%..

Thank you for this! It encouraged me to call and ask instead of request online as I have been denied before. I got autmated increase from $800 to $2800, I asked for customer service and I asked for 4k. They countered at $3500. This is now my Highest limit account by 2k.

Thanks. data util was at 85% with amazon and 60% total across all acounts this helps so much.

Yep. I did it for util.. although a week later I decided on a balance transfer since I got 18 months of 0% on Chase Fr. Unl. Still... never use the button.. always call/chat.
