Also, I have an extended fraud alert on my reports, and the agent THANKED me for utilizing such a tool to protect myself and creditors from fraud.

Comenity shamed me for having it, trying to get me to remove it to request a CLI.

AMEX really is on another level. I will take very good care of this card.
