WALMART CLI !!!

So I was paying my walmart CC and I noticed when I logged in that it wanted me to update my records. Nothing needed to be changed but I went thru the actions. I then went and paid my credit card and then I thought why not click the LUV button and see what they say...

Well it asked me again about income and how much I wanted....I type in 5000 and I clicked submit and it took a minute or so and then came back with a counter of 3500!!!!

So from 600 --> 3500

Can't complain about that!!!!

Congrats!!!!

Same CLI happened to me in Feb. 2017. Now, I guess I've reached my internal limit with Wal-mart/Synch, since I now get denied for CLIs, akthough $3500 is more than enough to spend in one place.

Is2016, i dont think youve reached your internal limit. If you are hitting the luv button , remember it might be best every 4 months but if you call up CS youll better understand where you are. As your TU rises so does your chances at breaking that 3500 limit

AJC: Oh, ok...cool! Then, I'll wait it out a couple more months, then try again. My TU score is slowly creeping upwards.

I just called them a week after activation and asked for CLI my starting limit is only $500 they denied it.
When should I try again?
Any suggestions?

I have heard the Mc is harder to get CLI than the store
Card , plus I believe that the MC version can cap out around 10k when the store version can go much much higher

I was told by a friend that is is best to wait at least you have had the credit card six months.

At this point, I think I may just wait until around the 4th-5th month. The CLI would nice right now but I don't "need" it and my scores will better in 4-5 months versus 2-3 months.

I think some of the confusion is that some people are posting about their WM store card and others are posting for their WM Mastercard.

I opened a WM Mastercard acct in Sept 2014 and all they gave me was a $150 cl. I called and asked for $1K and they declined.

I have since requested cli about 5 times and keep getting declined. They raised to $250 on their own.

I have a perfect credit history with them and overall. My scores are all 750+. I tried the chat and they told me to hit the button but it will be a HARD PULL. I declined.

My other cards such as Chase Sapphire has a $24K limit. Other major cards are minimum $4k to $15K. These people are weird.
