I've had my American Eagle card since December sitting at a $150 limit. Been turned down so many times online so I decided to call them today on the number I found in the backdoor threads. Finally got it increased to $500. That's all I asked for.. I don't see myself spending more than that in there and I didn't want to push it with Synchrony. 😊

Awesome! Use it and pay it off. After a few years of smal usage, they upgraded to the AE Visa. I'm sure they'll do the same to you with on time payments.

N I I C E! i like AEO. I started out with $175 with them. Like seriously, **bleep** can I do with that? But it's all I had to work with. I'm at $2500 now. And they upgraded me to the Visa.
Pay the bills on time. Buy an article of clothing and pay it off. Repeat this often.

Congrats! It will grow in time. I've been hoping for the Visa upgrade since that will lessen the number of store cards in my wallet.
