Can be both. Ive gone from hps initially to sp clis. I think the more history you build the easier it is to get an sp increase.

I stopped using the card when they refused to give me an increase. They said if I used my total credit line across all cards, I wouldn't be able to pay them back - basically I had too much credit. I've sine probably doubled my overall credit limit on all cards with no problem. I've been meaning to close that account for awhile but hoping they'll just close it themselves.

@aav, lol i think that could be said for many of us. If we were to actually use all of our lines to the fullest, no way wed be able to pay back reasonably
