Approved for new BoA Premium Travel card

Instant approval for $21K. Have all 3 CRAs on ice for first time ever due to the Equifax hack. I received a CLI on my Merrill Lynch+ card couple weeks ago so they clearly used that HP. Never had any card with BoA till last year and now this is my 4th with total limit of $81,200. Love them so far. Scores all right st 800.

No long term plans for this card as I use my other travel cards but the $500 bonus and incidentals will be nice.

Congrats Irish! Glad to see you got approved for such a nice CL! Along with using the same HP's from the previous CLI request.. Hoping for the same although mine is still in pending / review so 50/50% chance lol.. Least no new HP. Just whether I have meat left on the bone left with them or not I suppose.

Awesome approval! So happy for you and have to say I'm a little jealous. Your total exposure is now a touch over both mine and DW's. There's a BoA arms race on!

If things don't pan out well with the SPG-Marriott thing and I lose my fantastic rewards earning, this card is a good contender for my future daily driver.

Would be great if I had over 100k with BofA or whomever with this card then it becomes really nice.. Sign-up bonus and perks offset the AF though so decent either way. This card will be churned alot i suspect

Hah, definitely an arms race! Bring on the nukes BoA so far has been incredible with approvals and CLIs. Before long I'll merge some of these limits because I certainly don't need 2 Alaskan Airline cards any longer. I still love my SPG card as well. Just recently closed my personal one and kept the business card. I don't really have any long term plans for the card. Yes I churn

I'm trying to recall for certain, but don't you also have a Virgin America card that may or may not become a 3rd Alaska Airlines card?

Arms race it is! DW has the biggest single "bomb" in the arsenal at $70k, but when I do my merging next year I'm hoping to make a "thermonuclear" limit of $100k. I know BoA will reallocate across cards in order to open new trade lines; do they also allow combining limits (consolidate and close) from cobranded cards to the primary lending cards?

Yes I have a VA card at $30K so that will be interesting to see how that develops down the road.

As for your question that I highlighted. I'm not really sure. Good question and maybe someone else might know because that's definitely a possibility for future plans for me.

yes they are VERY generous

I also started with BOA just over a year now. They started me out with a SL of 2,000 and 1 year later my limit is 23.6K i also have a 11K card and In anyday now My cli button will be showing so my limits will be more
