Approved for Costco AMEX(Question)

Well I just got back into a credit card and got approved for the costco AMEX.

Now I didn't see the 12 month 0% APR offer, until after I was approved.

Is there anything I can do to get the 12 month offer? Would a phone call do anything? or am I stuck with 6 month 0% APR?
