Victoria Secret & Target Red Card, Approved!

I've been working on rebuilding my credit as of August of this year. I took out two secured cards--the Citi & Discover IT card--and have been utilizing them quite nicely. I use the Citi card mainly for bills and my Discover for everyday jazz that I may purchase (+ the rewards don't suck even with a low starting balance). I've brought up my score up a bit so I've went wild a bit these two days. Yesterday I applied for the Target Red Credit Card & was approved with a $400 starting limit (low but believe me I try not to spend a ton at Target) and I just super recently did the shopping cart trick with Victorias Secret & was approved for a card with a $500 limit. I'm so scared to exit out the checkout page because I can't believe it's real! Now i'm done with store cards and i'm going to let these garden and sprout greatness.

Congratulations! I just got approved for the Target Red Card too about two weeks ago!

Congratulations! The Target card is actually a decent limit. There are plenty of people that still only have a $300 limits years after opening the card. It's an odd duck but good if you use it right.
