Amex BCE Approved 5 Yr 1 Mo Post BK 7!

Very excited to finally be the proud owner of an Amex product! One of my lower CL @ $5000 and the highest APR available, but hoping this card grows with me. Any chance for recon on higher limit? What are the chances of having my APR reduced after the introductory promo? Thanks in advance for any advice or tips!

I’d say no on the recon for a higher limit and I’m not sure about the APR reduction after the promo period.

I definitely think Amex must view the 5 year mark as important internally. I applied and was instantly approved for the Amex BCP card with a $23k starting limit a little over 5 years past my BK7 filing. I don't know how well the card will grow with you though since I have never asked for a CLI during the time I've had the card.
