Approved but took an HP upon approval. No hp if you’re already an Amex member and application is denied.

I’m really not sure yet. I want to take advantage of the $0 annual fee the 1st year. Gonna see if it’s worth having.

I was just approved a week and a half a go too and already got my card. I spent about $3,500 over the holidays on my NFCU Flagship and just paid it off. Now, trying to figure out how to get the $2K in the next 90 days. I will see which of my monthly bills I can put on it (car, gas, electrict, cable). If I can pay all of them with it, that should make it easy. But, I want to get the 25,000 points as well as show some good responsible usage so that hopefully in the next few months I will see a revolver show up on my pre-quals!

The BCE card I was approved for has a $1,000 limit and doesn’t qualify for a limit increase until June or July. Pretty much a credit steps card but I’m so happy just to be in with Amex.

AMEX PRE QUAL UPDATE!

Ok, I need some help now! Per my post below just this morning, I just did my daily check for pre-quals on Amex and I almost fell right off the chair I'm sitting on! I just received my Amex PRG with a 25,000 point bonus after the first $2K spend in the first 90 days. NOW...

I am pre-qulified for the Delta Gold Skymiles with 35,000 miles after the first $1K spend in the first 90 days plus a $50 statement credit with a Delta purchase!

Is the Delta Gold a revolver? Should I go for it? I really want the SPG, should I wait and see if I get pre-qualified for that instead?

Yes it is but to be honest you have to ask yourself do you really wait it or not? If you really want the SPG then I would wait

I know, I really should. I wish that this offer came before the Green and PRG. It's a revolver and the bonus is better especially where I have to spend less and get more!

Believe me most of us feel that way about our credit cards at times (meaning after we get approved for a card we wish for another card). I have 2 amex revolvers not a charge card.

The Delta Gold was my first card, I applied on the Delta Airlines site. Nice card, got the 50K miles after spending $1000 within 90 days. From there was preapproved for the SPG and Delta Platinum card.

How did you get prequalled for a Delta / SPG card i've been checking daily and nothing but the EDC BCE PRG. Did it just pop up for you during the prequal ?
