Nearly doubled my total CL

After three years without a new cc, earlier this month I decided it was time for an overhaul of my lineup. In the past month, I've nearly doubled my total CL and swapped out four old cards for four new ones.

PCd my CSP to the CSR, transferred some CL from my Hyatt to push it from 11k to 20k
Opened a Aviator Red WEMC, 6k SL, moved the CL from my Arrival (4.5k) and closed it for a 10.5k line
Opened a Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select WEMC, 6.5K CL, CLI to 11.5k before the first purchase
Opened a United MileagePlus Explorer, 5K SL
Opened a Amex EveryDay 1.3K SL (Amex hates me for some reason). Moved 1K over from my BCE and closed it along with my HHonors card
Closing my Discover It card once the statement hits

All together I picked up 23.8K in new CLs, which combined with my old total of 24K (including the closed CLs) to push me just below my 50k total CL goal. Now I will retreat into the garden once again, until Chase/Amex releases that premium Marriott/SPG card (I stayed at 4/24 just for this).

Why close this Discover? It has no AF might as well just sock drawer and let it pad your AAoA?

They've been a pain to deal with. Computer CLD the account twice and I had to call to get it fixed (they aplogized both times, but still). AAoA will still grow for 10 years.

Congratulations on the approvals, CLI's and shuffling to close some accounts! That was a lot of tapping and good luck with all of your new cards and limits.
