Amex Delta Skymiles 3X CLI on Day of Approval

I got the Amex BCE 5/10/17 (SL $1400) tried the Luv button 8/1/17 and was denied.
I got 3X Auto CLI on 11/30/17 ($4200).
I was approved for the Amex Delta Skymiles 2/12/18 ($5800 SL).
I reached out to the Community asking when I could ask for 3X CLI. When I was told RIGHT NOW!! I was astonished. Based on the fact that I had last ASKED for a CLI on 8/1/17.
I was approved for $17400 on my brand new Delta Skymiles card.

I too was approved for the Delta AX card last week.

(still waiting on it to arrive in the mail) With a CL

of $1000. They squeezed me in with a 650 EX score.

Curious...Did you ask for the CLI increase over the phone? or

through the website?

Congrats!!! YAY!! You approved more than 3x CLI ( $5200 x 3 should be only= $15,600). is that correct OP?

Yes Auto CLI does not reset the clock for you to request CLI. The last one was 08/01/17 and denied, meaning you can request again 91 days but you didn't do it until today. So you about right. You were overdue to click that CLI button
