Approved - Navy Fed Flagship Rewards

Hit 91/3 today on my $5000 SL CashRewards. Tried for a CLI and went into 24 he review. No big deal.

Apped for the Flagship Rewards and got an instant approval of $20,000. I'm pumped!!

Data points...
FICO 8 TU at 638
Pulled TU.
Not sure about my TU FICO 9 score but I know it's lower than my 8 score.
Always paid my balance down to $50 or so right before statements cutting.

I'm wondering though why you didn't hold off for 12-14 days on the CLI request since the odd month AR pull will be in early July and it'll be a soft pull. I understand and assume the same HP was used for both the CLI and the new approval (with nice success ) but since you said you went for the CLI first .... just wondering why you didn't wait 2 more weeks.

All's well that ends well, you used the HP for a great card - congrats again with a nice SL.
