Sooooo. It would be helpful to list out some basic data about your approval other than the generic comment of, " I got amex for $2k.

What card did you apply for and get approved for?
What was your scores (EXP)
Any baddies reporting?
Util at time at approval
etc....

Amex Blue Everyday. Also Wednesday I got a prequal from Chase for the Sapphire Preferred. Applied and got approved 5000 limit. They called me today and approved me on the phone. Crazy!

No negetive factors except not very long credit history. I am like I said before on my dads United MP Explorer card as an AU.

Scores are all between 729 (EX) and 741 (TU) < Fico and I am pretty sure those were the scores pulled. Vantage scores are right about the same as well. I didn't see after the CSP inquery what the status is. But ill get my spend bonus on the card (prepaying some expenses and booking a business related trip) within 2 months. 0% Util on both cards at the time of applying. I don't beleive my dad had a balance on the explorer card since I am the only one who uses it really.
