Got the pre select email from my main bank (USAA), logged in to app, and actually found the same pre select in product offers. Said screw it since I figured it was all but a guarantee, bada bing bada boom, got a 6k SL with zero apr til Jan 2020. Now I know how I’ll pay the balance of my new fence for my house off.
I really need to garden.

BTW, in your signature file you note that your EX score

is 658 as of 11/16/2018. I assume that's a FICO 8 score.

But as you now know, USAA uses EX FICO 3 for credit card

approvals. I'm also a USAA member, and they always send

an approval notice via email with their approving EX 3 score. Once

you get it, if you wouldn't mind sharing that EX 3 score with us

for data point purposes, that would be great. Congrats again!
