DW decided today was the day to app spree! Update- Make my CLs look puny =*(

Since her PRG 50k offer was ending soon she decided it would be a good day to get a few cards. No ficos yet but there is what she has so far.

1. Her own Capital One Newcomer Card $1000 Limit 7/13

2. AU on 2 of my Capital One Cards Quicksilver 1/2 (see below)

3. AU on both of my AMEX cards

CK has her pegged @ 734

2% UTI

AAoA .58 yrs (7-8 months?)

INQs Ex 2 EQ 1 TU 1 (Cap 1 triple pulled her and chase denied her for a freedom back in early July

Approvals

1.Amex PRG - NPSL (Instant Approval)

2.Amex BCE - unknown CL (Instant Approval through Credit Match) Called today and told Limit is 2k, it's a start!

3.Chase Freedom - 7k CL (got 7-10, called in to recon, wasn't asked anything at all)

Update - 4. Chase CSP - 12k After calling!

Should we take advantage and app for one more chase card today? Or call it a day? Or other cards?

Congratulations to DW! What cc is she looking for? Rewards, cashback, do you travel? Also Chase will probably give her another 7-10 day message with two apps in one day.

Edit: also, keep in mind of the spending requirements got new approvals and those you might be considering.

We're trying to pool together UR or united miles for our yearly overseas flight. Spending requirment wise it wont be hard to complete them since it's fairly low.

1.PRG $1,000 in 90 days

2.BCE $500 in 90 days

3.Freedom $500 in 90 days

With a CL of 7k I'm wondering if chase will give her a CSP right now.......

wah! She got approved for 12k on a CSP. Ok, we're done!

Does anyone know how to check the CL on the AMEX? "New accounts" keeps hanging up on me.

She added me on the PRG and CSP so I can help with the spending requirements, UMP should be on the list of next cards. I still cant seem to get the CL of her BCE card. Driving me nuts not knowing (while she's calmly watching TV behind me, how could she do that?!?!)

We added the Explorer right before the CSP ( backwards I know) the waived baggage fees and priority boarding are nice.

I know exactly how you feel...DH was killing me when his time came for 3xcli...no interest whatsoever until it came back approved.

Probably for the Bonus and we'll decide who's going to keep it. I wanted to wait for my second amex 3x CLI before I tried. American Express's new accounts (even the automated system) seems to be closed on a sunday so I guess i will have to call tomorrow for the CL.

If youre online account is set up you can log in and look at it there. Although it probably wont let you log in until tomorrow

Her online account is set up but it only shows my cards that she's an AU on. Good idea though.

I don't believe you can see info on a new approval until you receive the card and add it to your login profile. It'd be best to just call on Monday if you're not getting through

^^ this is correct. The only thing you can do is set preferences.

Edit: after 24 hours, you can see your basic info, ie CL but not APR

On Tuesday I was approved for my first amex card. On Tuesday all I was able to do was set account preferences but when I logged on Wednesday I was able to see my credit limit
