Got approved 👉🏽 US Bank Platinum Card @ 9.6K

Got instantly approved for the platinum, I’m doing a balance transfer to that card from two other cards, my BCP and Cash+. I entered in the “how much would you like to balance transfer?” box 8,500 (actually going to transfer 4,250 and 3,500 from those two cards). 9.9% on the BCP I don’t want to pay, and my 0% apr on the Cash+ is running out.

I don’t want to (nearly) max out a credit card so I called underwriting and asked for the credit limit to be doubled. They said that a decision could take up to 3 days, and they’d pull my credit again. good sign or no?

Boy what a difference 18 months makes in getting credit cards and paying on time.

Congrats, but can't do a BT from your Cash+ as it is with the same bank and not allowed.. BCP isn't a problem though

depends how old your discover is you should have some type of bt offer such as 0% fee and 4.99 or something?

depends how old your discover is you should have some type of bt offer such as 0% fee and 4.99 or something?

It’s almost two years old. No offers.

It seems to be US Bank's new policy to HP again for a recon. I did a recon to 10k in July and confirmed beforehand that no additional HP was needed. Many recent reports are showing otherwise.
