SP for Barclays Uber Visa CLI

I added my sister to the Uber Visa as an AU, and gave her access to the online account (Barclays doesn't provide a separate login for AU's and the card was SD'd for me anyway). The card was still at its measly $1500 SL, so in her naivete she clicked on the request CLI link, not knowing that Barclays always does HP for that. I was horrified when she told me that she did that lol. But apparently, the CLI was immediate, from 1500 to 2500, and it's been a week and I haven't seen an HP on any bureau as of now. Not saying that Barclays changed their process, but it's good to see that there is still a chance for SP CLI with them. I suspect that I already was prequalified for a CLI, and clicking on that link just made the CL increase from that prequal.

Congrats! My Uber card has only $500 CL, and after 6 months Barclays still would not give any CLI even when I've applied a tons of times for that (They did give me a CLI on another Apple Rewards card tho). The last time I click the CLI button was like a few weeks ago, and they declined me WITHOUT a hp, with the letter saying "need to establish history with us". Is it true that they process the CLI application without HPs now?

As already mentioned, I suspect there was an offer on the account if there was a SP for a customer initiated CLI. I wouldn't put my money on they are doing SP for CLIs as a change of policy.
