Huh? Secured Cap One CLI

Last month (after getting QS1 Unsecured $300 Credit Steps) called Cap One asking if Secured ($200 8/2018) Card would graduate. They stated NO. Asked if I would ever get a CLI. They said probably not (MAYBE $200 unless I added $ to the security). Decided since the balance on the Secured was so low, just pay it off and SD it (have since gotten other unsecured cards w/better limits). Logged on today & see they increased CL to $500. Logged on 3X to make sure I wasn't delirious. Happy for the CLI but kinda weird.
