Called in and talked to Very Nice Rep, I Asked Could you Give me The SL?

She gave me The bad News

SL $20,000 @ 11.90% APR = She said that was The Lowest APR For That Card.

I asked about a second card on The same HP, "NO SOUP" & Wait 90 Days
