NFCU Platinum and Cash Rewards CLI

Today was a few days past my 91/3 and I applied for the platinum card. Was instantly approved 20k @ 13.34%! Applied for a CLI on the Cash Rewards and was asked how much I want it to be. I put in 15k and hit submit. The request was sent to review. I appears it was approved for a $8,300 increase because when i login online it shows the available credit to be 15k for that card.

A new card approval with navy is based on the monthly AR score ?
Or it’s just the TU pull and internal score ?

Congrats on the double! This is seriously making me consider shooting for a CLI in 11 days!!
