BoA cash rewards approval

Hey guys, brand new to the forum here. I’ll cut right to the chase... i’m pretty set on buying a new iPad Pro, so i decided to open up a new card to hit the sign up bonus and save an extra $200 since i’ll be using my new BoA card. However, i may want to hold out until the newer 2019 iPad Pro models are released. My question is, can i wait to activate my card to sort of “extend” the time i have on the 90 day sign up bonus window? I was approved a few days ago, no idea of my CL, eager to receive card in mail.

The period for sign up bonuses usually starts on the date the card was approved so not activating the card will not extend the bonus period.

With BoA the clock starts the day the card was approved so no it wont extend it. Grats on getting the card!
