Navy SP CLI to 25K

I was checking my accounts today and saw new EQ Fico 09 scores were posted -- mine was a new high of 772. Eh, pretty nice, maybe time to spin the credit wheel?

Spin I did and got instant approval of the requested amount -- from 17K to 25K on the cash rewards card. This card is now about 14 months old and has increased from a SL of 7.8K. No dings from the various credit monitoring services I use followed the approval so I'll assume it's a soft pull.

Now I'm wodering if I should request another CLI on my newest card (almost 8 months old Platinum)? Pushing my luck? Advice appreciated.

Well, you would have been ok with a HP the first time. Think of it as a redo for the second card. 😬

I requested online, asked for this specific amount of increase in the CLI window. Had to also list income, housing type & amount. Pretty standard stuff.

Yeah, that's sort of my thinking too. But I'm also nagged by the thought that I "wasted" a HP on an app I had little to no chance of getting an approval. Thus my reluctance (I do expect my greed will overtake my reluctance in due time).
