BB&T Bright Credit Card Approval - From Prequalify

First time prequalify screen showed i am pre approved for all three bb&t cards (though i already have 2 of them). It also showed 20K miles for the travel card. Not sure they award the sign up bonus again if i have the card already. Anyway applied for Bright card which is like 0% interest for 15 months and got instantly approved for $4500. Not sure if they did a hard pull or not. Usually i get the alert from CreditKarma if they did a pull on Equifax. Didn't get any alert yet

It's simply amazing how simply the process is. It's more amazing, from what I understand, that you can go back and snatch up another one, or two. I hope someone would chime in on the policy/procedure to be a glutton on their cards.

Can I ask what the other cards are, when you got them and their sl's? Also, if you've had them awhile have you obtained a cli? If so, hp or sp?

I have had the other two as Cash Back (3-2-1) card and travel spectrum. Both SL was $4500. I used them for a bit and then paid them off and didn't use them in probably last 8 months or so. Have them about 12-14 months now. Asked for CLI for one (hard pull) and was denied. Their CLI process is worst, they will pull twice on the same day if you ask CLI for another card. Pretty stupid to me. Anyway i mainly got this third card for a large purchase i need to make and the 15 month no interest is pretty good deal. Another thing sucks about them is, no card merge possible.

I see you have Capital One Savor. That is my next target. Never get a prequalify from them ever though and don't wanna try three credit pull lol

I cold app'd....with my big, bad plat to QS $750 cl as my only relationship with them....all of 6 months old. Hahaha, they got me for 6 hp's in 6 months. But it happened. I even got a $500 cli from them after about 4 months. You just never know. Plus I had a butt load of new accts. reporting too. So I wasn't looking stellar to anyone.

I'd never REALLY say go for it cause of the trip pulls but that's what I did anyway. I wouldn't press my luck again, once was enough. I sweated bullets for like 3 days. Probably called them 3 or 4 times too.

Mine is showing all three cards, I’m just wondering about what the SL might be. I’m trying to build up my utilization and I don’t want to a low SL card. I commute a decent distance to work, so the 3% CB on gas is appealing to me.

I am approved for $7500 on the Apple Card, but I like the rewards structure on the BB&T card better if the SL is somewhat comparable. The APR is better on the BB&T card too, though I really don’t ever carry much of a balance.

Was it you that posted 18.99%? If so, I'd guess near 7k when looking on first post on the other thread. Skim down and compare the apr% of the other peeps and you'll see the trend. Good Luck!

I found one @ 19.49 with a sl $4.5k. Also, this "$5000 with 17.49% APR" So this is nothing to heavily rely on.
