Approved for Discover it after the dreaded 4506-t

About 10 days go I applied for the Discover it card and was approved for $3,500. Get a call saying that they needed more info. Fill out the 4506-t form and I waited. Called back today and they said I was cleared to activate the card. Sigh of relief. 👍🏻

As of last December my credit score was in the tank but I worked on it. I’m currently at 716 Transunion, 701 Experian and 626 Equifax. I have a secured card through Bank of America and Capital one with $500 limits on both, recently was approved for Cap One Quicksilver with a $1,000 limit and I have store card with Kohl’s for $300. I’m going to take easy for the next couple of months and let these cards age and let inquiries drop off.
