Send a SM 2 days ago, complaining about the fact I have to make multiple payments on my $500 cash rewards everyday that ends up putting holds on account, for an email just now that they had responded via SM to me, here’s the message

”Thank you for using Navy Federal's Messaging Service. Because we take our members' concerns seriously, we have conducted a second review of your cashRewards Visa application. We are pleased to inform you that your credit limit has been increased. Your new credit limit is $3,100.00, effective immediately. We value your membership with Navy Federal Credit Union, and consider it a privilege to serve you. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact us anytime at 1-888-842-6328.“

Maybe they did SP? Not real sure no notifications, of a HP for sure, and also account has only been open for 17 days now, 2600 increase in 17 days!!!

Thanks for all the congrats, and yeah since account opening has been something like 1900 spend on it, here’s to hoping Apple will come to there senses and up that card. Even more spend on it.

Maybe I need to say something. I’ve been going back and forth with holds on my account too. Been trying to get the $250 for $2500 spend. Was well on my way until they started this hold thing.

Now I’m kinda like use it a few times a month. This is a real pain. Happy for you @Jjcredit22

Rebuild, have you read about all these cli at navy recently? The op here in this tread alone had a recently opened acct and got an increase. Ive read where people with scores simular to yours are getting increases too. Navy is in a real giving mood rite now. Keep your bureaus locked and see how you fair on a cli. Its a sp, so no harm no foul. You COULD be suprised. Let us know how you fair.

Thanks @Traveler01 I know they were tired of me messaging them the last 4-5 days. Wells Fargo would post my payments and NFCU would have a hold on them for 3-4 days after Wells Fargo has posted.

We have chatted before when you first joined. I know how reluctant you are about a hard inq. Trust me, im the same way. Lock all your bureaus, put in for a modest amount that would suit your needs when they have you fill in the requested amount. Make it slighty higher than what actually works best for you. Give it a whirl. Fingers crossed for ya!
