Wells Fargo Visa Survey - Update: CLI granted

Ok I recently got a survey from WF because I had requested a cli.
The card I have unsecured in january.
I checked a couple days later and no cli.
I literally pulverized them in the survey.

A few days later I got a call from a manager in the corporate office asking why I had stated those comments.
I said how am i supposed to use a card with a limit under 1k.
He was very grateful for my comments and stated he will look into a cli.

I don't know if I get anything, but at least I got my comments to the higher ups.
I love the website and banking site, but the limit is a waste of time.

People really should fill out their credit card surveys more often because they do actually get read when you leave comments and that's the only way that higher ups will ever know how dissatisfied customers are with their credit limits, APR, etc. Keep us posted on the CLI.

Banks seem to pay attention to surveys. I did one for a branch visit, and rated them highly. But I got a call from the branch manager asking me why I rated one of the items unsatisfactory, a 2 out of 10. I told him I did no such thing, everything was fine and maybe it was a system glitch.

Check your CL on the website occasionally to see if you got a bump. It usually shows up there first before any other communication. Good luck.

I got a 700 CLI.

So answering the survey and talking to the manager worked.

Also no HP.

Will go again in 6 months.

I will use the card each month now for a couple bucks.

Keep it active.

Congratulations on the CLI. Stick with them. When I got my Propel, I didn't like the CL. Over use and time, I got it where I'm happy with it. Yes, try for more in 6 months. Be prepared to offer up a number. If you go a little too high, they'll counter.

Congrats on the "survey bumped" CL!

Makes me feel nostalgic remembering the Penfed approvals and SL bumps done via their surveys. Haven't seen any of those posted here in recent memory

Indeed! I agree with most, surveys should be taken time and replied too. Hey, it finally did wonders from me with Penfed.😂😂 Lead to them finally fixing my page to get quarterly updated Fico 9 scores as well as offers to raise my PCR from $30-50k.😉
