BBVA Clear Points CLI

I just wanted to let everyone know that I received a CLI from BBVA this morning after I called two days ago. They took my income information, informed me it would be a hard pull and said that they would make a decision in 3-5 days with a letter to follow in 7-10 days. My SL was 7500 and this morning I woke up to a new limit of 25K. Happy Saturday!

Sure! My current FICO score for TU (which they pulled) is 699. I have a TON of inquiries (53) because I just sold and bought a house and a few new accounts. My total utilization across all lines is 5%. I have had this Clear points card for 9 months. I have been using about 25% of the 7500 limit (max) and PIF every month! I use it more than my other cards because the points are so good!

Thanks @SunshineFL for the DPs, I only spend about $300 - $400 every month and PIF on my BBVA Rewards card (approved in Sept. 2018 with a $7K SL and a auto $3,500 CLI after the 7th statement).

Wow, that’s awesome - Congrats!

My ClearPoints card is my 2nd largest spend. My SL was pretty awesome on this card to begin with, but I’d be thrilled if mine grew to $25K after 9 months.

I took a HP back in June and was declined for the account being too new (6 months) so it's interesting to see an approval at 9.
