Hi All -- I'm Back!

I've been off the grid for a couple months now (went on a pretty good app bender in OCT so been laying low to let my accounts age a bit), BUT popping on real quick to share a few CLI's I ran thru this morning with my "store cards"

Citi Shell Black Mastercard

Opened OCT '19, about 4 months old now
Originally approved for $1,600
Requested CLI of $5,000 -- Instant Online Approval
The page said it would be a HP but I have all 3 reports locked and no alerts so far
I use this card only at shell stores and it gets me 10% off everything in the store
EQ F8 is 768

FNBO Complete Rewards 2% VS

Opened SEPT '17 and charge about $300 a month for small bills
I've had (3) consecutive $5,000 SP CLI's with them, and the most recent one was $2,000 getting me up to $25,000
The last one was about 9 months ago and just figured I had hit the SP max
Called over the phone today and low and behold, Approved for another $5,000
Total line now $30,000, all with SP CLI's
EX score on their site is 790

Macy's American Express

Opened OCT '19 with a $1,000 SL
Charged about $250 and requested a CLI after 30 days -- denied
Requested CLI after 60 days and was approved for $5,000
It's now been 45 days since the $5k approval so I went online and requested another
I asked for $10,000 more, they counted with a $7,500 SP Increase
I've spent $0 on this card since the last increase so a $7,500 bump is definitely generous
Total line now $13,500
EX F8 is 775

Nordstroms Visa Platinum

Opened OCT '19 with a $3,000 SL
I've charged $12 on this card since I opened it ($6 on amazon.com in NOV and $6 again in JAN)
Couldn't find a love button so just gave them a quick call and asked what the process would be for a CLI
She took my info, confirmed it was a SP request and said I'd get an instant decision
"Congrats! We can offer you a $10,000 increase. Do you accept?"
Of Course!
Total line now $13,000
EX F8 is 775

Amex Blue Cash Preferred

Opened OCT '15
I already have 6 Amex revolvers totalling $87,000 and was pretty sure I was maxed out since the last time I asked for a CLI I got the dreaded "Let's see your taxes" request lol 4506-T form
I went ahead and flirted with danger today and they Approved a $700 increase -- still better than a denial
My maximum limit with them is really starting to slow down, but I'll take it!
New Limit $30,700
EX SP F8 775

This last one was not a CLI, but I was just checking on my PenFed accounts and noticed they posted their quarterly offers. I currently have a Pathfinder Amex at $43,900 and the Platinum VS at $5,000. Between both I'm at $48,900 and knowing the max cap is $50k I've never asked for another CLI ($1.1k is not worth the HP).

Looks like they FINALLY are offering me the final $1,100 -- BUT, they didn't list it as an option for me to increase one of my current cards, but instead only as a new card for the ones I don't have...smh LOL I may give them a call to see if they can apply that $1,100 to my Pathfinder and I'll be at the max. If they can't, then it is what it is

With these CLI's my total credit line is $680,500 That's insane

@CreditJourney007, yes they do. They'll pop up on the banners on the right side, but you need to be logged in on the desktop to see them. They'll vary from credit cards, CLI's, auto loans, boat loans and personal loans. All the offers posted there are SP approvals.

You know, I never noticed before that there isn't a place to request a credit limit increase with Nordstrom. I also like that it's a SP if you call in about it. I may have to do that soon and see what happens. I do use my Nordstrom card a bit, mostly at Nordstrom for the notes.

Ha Ha 😂😂 The crack is back!! Congrats on the increases!! I also picked up Macy's & Nordstrom's cards over the holidays. Knowing these had some major growth potential over a short span. Gonna hit them up myself for some sp luv! 😎😉
