Macy's 2nd Card Amex $5000.00 *******Approved!!!

Had The store card, originally approved late last year for $800 >> 2 CLI's to $1200>>$2000>> CL $4000.00

I know I got the store card due to massive "CREDIT SEEKING BEHAVIOR"

Really wanted the American Express version and did not know how long I would have to wait,

for the "System" upgrade if ever!?!?! .. I had seen 2 Macy's cards in Birdman7's siggy.

So I Called Macy's Credit .. Spoke to a Nice Lady, asked about the Amex upgrade (knowing it was system only)

She said no way of knowing, it is all "The system" and could do nothing. I asked about seeing someone with 2 cards,

She then said .."Oh, you can apply and the if approved the system will let you pick"

Me: Ok, Thank you! bye.

Applied and Yep, just like She said ..

@althes Unfortunately you cannot "ask" for an upgrade it is like the Target card

Grats Maxwell. Its a perty card for sure. I may close mine this year. Havent decided yet . Im thinking id like to get my DC to 10k but it aint happening with my exposure
