Chase Marriott Visa Sig

Trying to decide on whether or not to app for Chase Marriott Rewards Visa Sig. I have a Chase Freedom Visa Sig and a Sapphire as well as an auto loan with Chase and always pay early. The current sign-up bonus being offered makes the Chase Marriott Visa a no-brainer. I enjoy staying at Marriott properties when traveling. Here's my dilemma. My Freedom and Sapphire haven't been getting much use lately due to 0% intro apr on newer cards. History = 1 paid medical judgment 2 years old, no other derogs, aaoa 1.9 years, oldest account 10 years, newest card = last month but no HP (upgraded from WM store card to WM Discover via soft pull). Last HP was last July 2013. 6 Inquiries showing on Experian, 6 on TU and 6 on EQ. $65k combined credit line with 7% utilization. Both my Chase cards have $5k limits with 0% utilization. Current scores purchase here are EX 720 and TU 686...didn't purchase EQ score. Planning on applying for BCE Nov. 2014. Wife has BCE with $3k limit. I'm a AU on the BCE. Anyway, thoughts regarding approval odds for Chase Marriott?

I think you will be ok. I was approved with slightly lower scores, more Inq, but 2% utilization. On recon.

You can always call and do recon, they are usually very good. Maybe trade in one of your existing cards for it.

I got mine last month and points posted already. The 15 nights credit post immediately. Love the look and feel of the card.

15 nights??? well 70K points +1 night (cat 1-4) depends a bit where you stay. If you stay 4 nights with points the 5th is free so I guess with a low category it could end up close to 10 nights.

edit: you get 15 Elite nights = silver status but this does not get you anything with Marriott - you need to get Gold at least for benefits

$5k...kinda disappointed but it's the same as my Freedom Visa Sig and Sapphire.
