is your Equifax 8 score of 816. I suspect your Equifax 9 score is even higher,

umm my FICO 9 is an 813 and if they go by the bank card 9 score it'd be an 824. I didn't get an updated score from Penfed last month.
I've been through a couple of income verifications with them, maybe that's part of it too. It's amazing where I was a year ago vs now! As always I couldn't do what I do without each of you!
