Nordstrom Approval post BK / $1500 SL

Hello,

I hope everyone is doing well.

Just wanted to stop by and share my success with a recent Nordstrom approval!

I applied earlier this month , they pulled experian at 691, 4 inquiries. I got an instant pop up to call in.

Upon calling in I was connected with a credit analyst who had me confirm my name and address as well as the email used on my application.

She said "Lets see what I can do" , 2 seconds later said you are approved for a starting limit of $1500 / Nordstrom store card!

I was hoping for the visa version but the credit analyst suggested to hold onto the card and try applying for the visa in 7 months.

Im excited to rebuild out of chapter 7, discharged 01/2018, no other negatives. I did burn TD bank for 1.1k , they seem pretty forgiving

I will keep you all posted as this card grows.

** I must add that I love the fact you can add the store card or visa to your apple wallet !

Congrats! Asking for a friend but did you specifically include the Nordstrom CC in your bk. I know you said you mentioned you burned TD.

@Anonymous Sorry for the delayed response. I burned TD bank for $1,100 from a Target Red Card in bk , I have since been able to get another Red Card (recently closed it because small sl 300) But it seems TD bank is relitively forgiving. I hope this helps !
