Wells Fargo Propel Small (SP) Bump $2,800!!

Reached another 6 month anniversary this time it was WF propel's turn.

Little history on this card:

Opened in Sept 2018 with a $3,500SL (Was so displeased with the SL that I actually sockdrawer it and missed out completely on the nice SUB offered of (30kpoints=$300)

Cli August 2019 $6,200

Cli April 2020 $10,900

Cli August 2020 $13,700 (requested $20k)

Only a $2,800 bump about half of my last 2 cli requests. Could they be tightening up as well? Sure looks like it. Nonetheless a sp cli is a plus these days.😁

First congrats on the CLI and yes they are tightening up, they are wanting to see more of your credit line used and not just sitting there not making them any money.

I've only had the card 6 months. SL of $5K. Tried for a CLI after 3.5 months, declined. Waited the full 6 months which was last week. Requested $5K increase, they gave me $1300 I'm cool with it though, something better than nothing. CONGRATS on your mini (bigger than mine) boost

Thanks @Wavester64!! WF has actually been giving lately. I have seen a couple slew of approvals for the card with decent SL. Not sure why they can be quite "stingy" with others but I am sure you will break the bank sometime down the road! 😉
