Affinity FCU Cash Rewards

I don't normally post my approvals but given the dearth of data on this CU, I decided to add my info to help.

Location: NY

SL: $25,000

APR: UPDATE: 12.50%

Income: low 6 figures

FICO 08: EX 810, TU 836

Inquiries: They pulled EX which had 1 scorable inquiry.

New accounts: 2 new in the past 12 months, the most recent being 3 months ago

No negatives and low DTI. I'd paid off my car loan but the reports had not reflected that yet. The only balance I am carrying is at 0% APR under $12,000.

They requested 2 recent paystubs.

Process could have completed sooner but the email requesting the paystubs was sent to my Spam box and I didn't realized it until almost a week later. It took about 2-3 days since submitting the paystubs when the loan application got finalized. I am currently awaiting the card in the mail.

They did not ask me what CL I wanted. I wish they did because I only wanted $5000!

UPDATE: I found another e-mail from them in my Spam box. My APR is 12.50%.

you should cld yourself! How dare a CU give a 100k income earning, 800+ Ficoing, low dti individual 25k! The unmitigated gal.

@minski Congrats! Great card and awesome SL...since you only wanted 5k, let's swap! (I had to squeak by with a recon for too many new accounts). Next quarter Hi-5 will stack Amazon with the existing %5, so enjoy the 10% Amazon for 3 months.

Congratulations on your approval @minski!! I had no doubt you'd get approved. $25k SL is amazing! Just got my card in the mail today (took 8 days from when I submitted my paystubs). Also got 12.5% APR. Enjoy!!
