Made Synchrony Cough Up Another 18K

Morning my fellow MyFicoers :-)

I know this subject is a tad touchy,

and all views need respect. That being said

I asked Sync to give me 35K on my Lowes Card.

I opened this card in May with a 5K limit.

On August 18th I got them to 17K.

This morning I said gimme 35K

They said sure

So thats 5K to 35K in under 5 months.

Synchrony took 60K in credit away from

me 6 months ago. I had gotten 29K back so far.

This now puts me at 47K out of 60K back.

I am relaying these data points so anyone

can find them if they need em in the future.

Was a sp so no need to hit all the dp's

Again,totaly understand not being down with

Synchrony. Just trying to give a light to people

who may one day be in the dark.

Congratulations on your CLI and recouping some of those lost CL! That's great.

I know there's a lot of mixed reviews about Sync but I am likening this Sync product to my Macy's Store Card....high and generous CLI's. However, I don't think anyone has seen a CL Reduction on Macy's like Sync customers have.

I'm happy you've been so successful here. Yes, this card has been on my mind and I feel like if we had a MF Zoom Call people would be shouting "No, don't do it" but I am enjoying reading the successes, specifically to Lowe's.

You do you and you will be fine :-) No one knows your

credit situation better then yourself. Not for nothing,

but I have a Macy's Card and was credit decreased

to 1K BC

I never used it...like most of my cards LOL!!

But Macy's is right next to Boscovs at my local mall

and I shop them 100% Maybe I will stop being lazy and

buy something from them ;-)

But I must say I am perplexed by the mysteries of Synch.

First they slash limits like mad.

Then they give limits like mad ... on a card not being used?

Go figure.

Anyway, enjoy that while it lasts!

If you want to keep it, a little spend might go a long way, perhaps?

Who knows the secret formula!
