So it's been 26 months since i got my gm financial loan and i haven't applied for anything since then so i got a wild hair up my butt and decided to shop for cc, starting on oct 24th 2020 these are the cards I've apped for and was approved for

10/24/2020 citi rewards ia $6500

10/24/2020 chase disney ia $5500

10/24/2020 chase sw rw ia $5500

10/24/2020 boa rapid rewards ia $4000

10/25/2020 lowes advantage ia $8000

11/3/2020. Citi diamond pre ia $6500

11/3/2020. Citi doubl cash cli ia $2000

11/3/2020. Amex honors ia $3800

11/7/2020. Penfed rewards + ia $8750

The chase disney, citi dp, citi rewards, amex honors and penfed were all mail flyers, these were all instant approvals, it's been a solid 2 weeks, all scores on average have dropped 30 points or less

Wow, that is the biggest 1 and half week spree ive ever seen. All approvals with real nice limits. Very good mix. Enjoy

Now , just want to add what should be said. I truely hope you get to keep all of those cards. How you got 2 Chase cards on same day is hard to do but Chase has been known to sp your reports after approvals snd close either one or both cards for excessive credit seeking. Im also suprised Citi gave you 2 approvals on one one day when they have an 8 day rule. The other lenders arent as well known for closing accounts after approval, though Synchrony can as well if whatever new algorithm theyve been using to judge risk deems you worthy of a closure, but i wouldnt app for anything more for the next year. Being chase has the 5/24 i app for both of those first back to back, citi with the 2/8 rule they were 9 days apart, the 2k cli on my citi dc was done with the first app bringing it up to $7,500, synchrony knowing for closing accounts was done 2nd to last, all others in between, i tried to plan it out

All those hitting your report almost at once. Like others have said all those lender except PenFed can be very skittish and that many at once. Ahh yeah I dont know what to say there. I congradulate you and hope that you can keep all of them or at least most of them. Quite a haul I must say. Keep us posted if anything should change and watch the SPs on your report to see who is watching closely.
