Barclay Arrival CLI/Experience

I got my barclaycard about 11 days ago. with a 2.5k limit. I had to run out of town due to a family emergency and maxed out the card very quickly. Made a few payments while I was out of town to keep using the card for the reward points. Does anyone think since that I used the card so much in such a short period of time they would be willing to give me a CLI?

you can call backdoor number and see if they will do manual review for bit higher.

+1 I called the back door number about a week after receiving my Arrival and they bumped me from $1000 to $2500. It will however be a HP even though the timing is close. Good luck

Update: Limit increased to 5k from 2.5k. I asked for 8k but they were unwilling to go that high since the account is still "pretty new". They used the old report from when I applied since it was less than 30 days old.

See, everyone ALWAYS says you will get another HP and you had the same experience that I have always known for Barclay backdoor is they do not pull again if a report is on file!

If you have a legit reason for the credit limit increase I am sure they will give it to you. When I first got my reward card in jan with a cl of 1300, I called them about a month later - Backdoor number and got it increased to 3k (hard pull) because account is over 30 days old. Good luck to you, never hurt to try and call them!

i've only had my card for 2 weeks, they originally gave me a 4.5k limit...when the card came, i called to activate and ask to speak to someone about recon of my initial limit....talked to someone and they gave me a 10k. Also, they did a HP, and this was less than 10 days since last pull.
