PenFed new member, do they use the same hard pull for 30 days

I joined Penfed last week as a new member and applied for the Platinum cash rewards card, 5k SL. I can see any ad or offer when I login to their portal for the gold card. Wondering if the eq pull they took last week is good for 30 days and there would be no harm applying for a second card.

IIRC PenFed 30 day policy is no longer valid.

The ad on the top banner is marketing. In general, I would expect another HP inquiry for any credit/loan application. If timed properly, some members have gotten away with only the initial HP inquiry. If it's been at least a week since your approval then I think you may get another HP.

There are current DP for single HP when applying for 2 cards in a single day, but not spread out.
