After manyyyy years of Patience, again I waited for YEARSsSsSsS ( sued by them in 2001 ). But today 3/31/2021. Btw, I had a bad motorcycle wreck, 8/15/2000, ( helicopter flight included to Shock Trauma ) But I naturally fell behind on ALL my bills !!! Ultimately, I was sued by Discover, ( It ballooned quick fast & in a hurry, to $7500 😣😥😮😕☹ ) But eventually, after I finally got back to work, ( light duty ) I paid back every dollar I owed, PLUS their attorney fees, etc. BUT, as I was saying, I went to the Discover pre-qual page today, entered my info, AND it came up and said I was pre-qualified for I think 2 or 3 different cards. ( Srry for the memory lapse ) But it also listed, a SOLID APR !!! NOT a range like I've heard of. But a CLEARLY listed, solid 11.99 APR. NOT like 11.99 thru 24.99 kinda thing. Any how, I clicked SUBMIT, and I was INSTA approved for $7k !!! 😁🤗🙂 Yayy me !!!! Yes, since that wreck back in the day, I have thoroughly since rebuilt my credit, ( still walk with a limp ) and I have, long since BACK in STELLAR credit/life mode 😉😀😘😍🤗 !!! But a very interesting data point. I burned Discover, NOT in a bankruptcy, ( NEVER ) but they did sue me, and they WON !!! But I paid em back every cent via paycheck court garnishment. But also, I was NOT blacklisted, and clearly approved !!! It is NOT my highest S/L card, or any where near my highest c/l card !!! But now, it does put me over 100k in available credit limit lines total between all my cards !!! 😘😲🧐🐾🤗☺😊. And yes, I defaulted on them 20+ years ago !!! So if any one else has/had a similar situation, this is how it went for me with Discover today !! From a HUGE problem I had with them back in the day !!! 😁😙😍🥳🤖👾👽🙈👀🤺⛷👅

PS, I took the Discover IT quarters 5% card ( I chose green...lol 😆😅😂 ) I already have the Chase Trifecta, Sapphire, FU, and Freedom which Freedom is a category card also. But hoping they won't overlap same catagories, b/c I'll take 5% cash back, vs 2% anytime I can get it !!! 😗😄😁😉😀 It's like NOT paying ~~sales tax~~ !!! Srry Uncle Sam !!! 😋😍😘😂🤣😀😉
