Saw someone post earlier that Comenity seems to be on a 60-day clock.

I had tried for a CLI on 3/27 after paying off the balance and was declined stating I had recently received a CLI.

I searched this forum to see when I had gotten the last CLI and sure enough, it was 3/28. So figured I would test the 61-day schedule tonight and sure enough, was approved for a 1000 CLI taking me up to 4900!

This was formerly a Cap1 credit card with a 2200 CL and didn't receive a CLI from Cap1 for about a year prior to the transfer. Also, took a year after the Comenity transfer. However since November, it has gone from 2200 to the current 4900.

Yeah, it has an insane APR compared to my newer CU approvals... but hey, I'll take it!

Current util = 13 percent

Credit scores in sig

AAoA = 5 years 7 months

New accounts in last 6/12 months = 6/8

Thanks to all for sharing information that has allowed me to grow and improve my CL and portfolio dramatically and be able to kick the predators to the curb!
